ASUS JAPAN Corporation launched the 'ProArt Display PA34VCNV', a 34.1-inch wide display from its ProArt brand for creators, on May 10th.
This product features a curved display with a maximum resolution of 3440 x 1440 pixels. The curvature is designed at 3800R, ensuring that the entire display is equidistant from the eyes, providing a comfortable viewing experience. It boasts a 21:9 wide aspect ratio, an IPS panel, and an anti-glare surface treatment.
The color gamut supports 100% of the sRGB and Rec.709 standards, and with a 10-bit color depth, it can display up to approximately 1.07 billion colors, enabling vivid reproduction of even the smallest details in photos.
ASUS explains that they have pre-calibrated the display to achieve a Delta E value of 2 or less upon shipment, enhancing color accuracy. They have also improved smooth color gradations and uniformity.
The unit is equipped with a USB Type-C port that supports up to 96W power delivery and DisplayPort Alt Mode. It also offers two DisplayPort 1.4 ports and two HDMI 2.0 ports.
An ASUS representative expressed their expectation that "the ProArt Display PA34VCNV will effectively support the creative work of professionals in film, photography, and graphics fields with its clear image quality and accurate color reproduction."
